He was a lap dog once, and he does not think the fact that your lap got too small for him should be an issue... he's still willing to sit on your lap :-) What a cute doggie you have.
At least he doesn't sleep on your keyboard when you are trying to type.. my Fluffy does all the time. She gets quite indignant when I try to get her to move, and sometimes she thinks it is a great game of swat the human.
Awwwwwww.....too cute! When I sit on the couch, my shih-tzu X jumps up on one side of me to snuggle and our Jack Russell X jumps up on the other side. Nothing like a dog's love....and their snuggles. :)

So true, and he does... often. He may spill over the sides (of both my lap and the sofa) but he likes his snuggles.
